We were impressed with everything provided, including the availability of all channels/apps on the TV in the lounge. there was lots of room for the family to relax and have their own space, and the parking right outside fit our large SUV.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the carpets on the stairs were a bit tatty and in need of renewing.

I recently stayed at a guest house in the center of town and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with everything within a short walk. The house itself was beautifully decorated and very clean. The bathrooms were immaculate and smelled lovely. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Additionally, the Smart lock provided a sense of safety, and the car parking space was convenient. it was a great value for money.

The only downside was the limited seating in the sitting room and dining room for larger parties.

The guest house in Maidstone was simply amazing! The 4 bedrooms were so cozy and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home. The 3 bathrooms were a huge plus, especially with the refreshing showers. It was perfect for our group of friends who wanted our own space.

If I have to nitpick, I'd say the only thing I liked less was the size of the garden. But hey, that's just my personal preference.
